1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述包含参考文献)

1.Introduction1.1 Research backgroundWith the rapid revolution of science and technology and the development of the society, the Internet has become an indispensable part of our life. Meanwhile, because of the development of the Internet, various network buzzwords are created. "Versailles literature" stands out and frequently occupies the hot list, becoming a hot topic for people to communicate. "Versailles Literature" is different from the usual way of showing off. It is a joke for those who are keen to inadvertently reveal "clues of aristocratic life" by first showing off and then suppressing, answering questions themselves or in the third person. "Versailles literature" has been named one of the top 10 network buzzwords in 2020 by YaoWenJiaoZi(which is a professional journal for the use of social language and was awarded the honor of top 100 Social Science journals in 2015). We can also see its influence in our daily life."Versailles literature" mainly appears in community products, such as Wechat moments, Weibo, Zhihu and so on. These products are content-centered and they focus on the user's personal expression. In this case, the fourth layer of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the need for respect, is highlighted. People's desire to express "I am happy," "I am better than you," "I am richer than you," is aroused. On the other hand, as people's life is becoming more and more prosperous, more and more middle classes are emerging, and things that were once considered out of reach are now closer to life. Everyone's living situation is enough to support everyone to buy luxury goods, travel, go abroad and so on. This makes people who feel very good about themselves feel more and more difficult to pull apart the gap with others, and at the same time, they are afraid of being undermined by people who are superior than themselves. Therefore, it is safer to be modest when showing superiority. What is more incredible is that it only took a very short time for netizens to go from being exposed as "Versailles people" to taking the name and deconstructing themselves.Netizens have been sharing their affections behind their seemingly delicate photos, their efforts to make luxury items appear in the corners of their photos, and their efforts to show their modesty and modesty in their words. Young people are highly self-deprecating. They tend to face others' deconstruction of their own behavior, and even take the initiative to join the army of deconstruction. When many young people learn about "Versailles literature", their first reaction is to check their past comments on the Internet. If they find words with a strong flavor of Versailles, they will deconstruct themselves, share them with others, and finally ridicule or reflect on them. In the age of network information, network language has a great influence on people. As a powerful meme, "Versailles literature" has influenced people's daily life. Memetics, as a new theory to explain cultural evolution by Darwinian theory, provides a new perspective for people to understand language and cultural development and change. Since Dawkins put forward the concept of memetics, it has aroused the attention of many scholars. In 1999, Blackmore expanded the research scope of meme and put forward the concept of memetics. Later, memetics was introduced into China and gradually aroused great research interest of domestic scholars. As a strong meme, "Versailles literature" can be representative to a certain extent, and the analysis of "Versailles literature" through memetics can provide a new perspective, so as to further understand the network buzzwords.1.2 Purposes of the studyFrom the perspective of linguistic memetics, this paper holds that Versailles literature is a powerful meme that can be widely copied and spread, and attempts to explain and analyze its origin, memetic types, modes and motivations of copying and spreading, as well as its pragmatic functions in communication.1.3 Significance of the studyAs a strong meme, Versailles literature cannot be ignored on the grounds because it can reflect some changes in social life, thereby this thesis is of great value both in theory and in practice. In theory, this paper first tries to systematically study Versailles literature by using memetics theory, so that individuals can have a better understanding of this linguistic phenomenon and gradually enrich and expand the exploration of catchwords. And attract more and more people to pay attention to buzzwords. Secondly, this study enriched the meme theory by conducting a meme study on Versailles literature. Even though we have made some achievements, the study of memetics is still in its infancy, so the study of catchwords from the perspective of memetics will provide relevant evidence for memetics. In practice, the emergence of Versailles literature has enriched our language and daily life. The study of this paper will make people have a comprehensive understanding of the composition of Versailles literature, and will also explain the popularity of Versailles literature.2.Literature review2.1 Definition of Versailles literatureVersailles literature is a language form in which language users express their dissatisfaction or show their sense of superiority to the outside world in a euphemistic way. The term "Versailles literature" was coined by weibo user Xiaoxiaoqiu, who said she was inspired by The Rose of Versailles, a Japanese comic book depicting aristocratic life at the Palace of Versailles in late 18th century France. She used the word in her micro blog to make fun of people who show off their superiority in life in an indirect way. "Versailles literature" dissemination strength is very strong, in a short time it was known by the majority of Internet users, and gradually into people's daily communication. People began to copy and adapt the discourse mode of this popular word on different occasions to achieve different communicative purposes. This dissemination process also further promoted the popularity of "Versailles literature" as a linguistic meme.2.2 Meme and Memetics"Meme" was proposed by Dawkins in 1976. It is regarded as cultural gene and replicator. The main mode of replication and transmission of memes is imitation. Professor Powell of University College London wrote an article on the origin, significance and development of memes, which was included in the 14-volume Encyclopedia of Language and Linguistics (2nd edition, 2006) published by Elsevier as an entry. Meme has attracted increasing attention. As a new word with social influence, it was selected as one of the top ten words of the year by Merriam-Web-ster in 2013. In China, since the publication of memetics and Social Pragmatics, there has been an upsurge of memetics research in China. In the past ten years, language memetics, as an emerging interdisciplinary theory, has gradually become a new academic growth point and research hotspot in Chinese linguistics. Published in 2014, Selfish Memes, a translated work about memetics, is based on the meme hypothesis, which restores the central DNA of human culture and the replication, variation and selection of complex cultures. Another monograph, The Theory and Application of Language Memes(He Versailles literature from various fields such as linguistics, sociology, psychology and communication science. However, for "Versailles literature", literature analysis from the perspective of memetics is not enough, and there is a lack of analysis on the meme phenomenon of "Versailles literature". And "Versailles literature" as a strong meme popular motivation, replication and dissemination direction of research is not enough. So this study will provide a memetic interpretation of Versailles literature.ReferencesDawkins,R. The Selfish Gene[M]. New York: OUP,1976. Blackmore,S. The Meme Machine[M].
